The advancement of laser treatment and technology has brought acne therapy into the new century and is the suggested treatment for active acne and old acne scarring.
The laser has also proved to be more effective in the reduction of ongoing acne than any prescription or over the counter medications. The combination of light and radio
frequency produces the best anti acne results. While radio frequency energy causes the skin to tighten through its warmth, and special kilowatt light rays kills the bacteria,
the laser adds to the overall effect in healing and cosmetic enhancement in addition to correcting old acne scars.
Atriple therapy procedure using Broad Band Light ( BBL ) will: kill the bacteria which causes acne, remove active acne pimples and the red discoloration, and correct and repair old acne scars. Patients suffering
from active acne lesions and scarring have undergone the laser treatments showing significant improvement of scars and reduction in the oily substance found in pores that cause
pimples and blackheads. This can help you achieve smoother and clearer skin.
Acne patients are prone to pigmentation problems in the skin. Sometimes acne scarring causes this pigment discoloration. Sciton has added a new laser technology to its system that has the ability
to restore pigmentation in those areas with a stimulation technique that brings back the natural substances.
We offer the most effective and advanced treatments for both active acne and old acne scars.

Baggy Eyelids
The skin under the eyes has a flat and gently tense tone when we are young. Age and other factors can let the muscles and skin sag.
This is commonly referred to as "bags under the eyes". It is a very common condition seen with:
- normal aging
- sun-damaged skin
- lack of sleep
- allergies
- swelling
- obesity
Gravity and the wear of time can make all facial tissues sag. Sometimes there is also relaxed extra skin causing the appearance of bags under the eyes.
Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Center combines laser procedures such as the MicroLaser Peel, SkinTyte Light Therapy, Erbium Laser, and advanced skin care to successfully
treat this condition. During your complimentary consultation, the best treatments for your specific needs will be thoroughly discussed.

Wrinkles are visible creases in the skin. They are associated with aging changes in skin. Frequent exposure to sun results in premature skin wrinkling. Exposure to cigarette
smoke is another major factor to premature wrinkling of the skin.
There are two basic types of wrinkles: Dynamic wrinkles are caused by muscle movement (facial expressions). Static wrinkles are always visible and are caused by sun-exposure,
smoking, aging, and environmental damage.
We utilize many treatments to aid in the restoration of the skin and the reduction of wrinkles. BOTOX® is the gold-standard for treating dynamic wrinkles. Results can often
be very dramatic and be seen in as little as 3-4 days. Juvederm/Restylane/Radiesse injections are fillers that give almost instant results and can last up to 12 months. The Sciton
MicroLaser Peel may be the most exciting treatment for long-term improvement of wrinkles and aged skin. Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Center utilizes a wide variety
of "no-downtime" lasers to help build collagen in the skin which is very effective in improving wrinkles.
Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Center owns the most advanced aesthetic lasers. Our aesthetic professionals have undergone some of the most thorough training available in
North America for Botox, fillers, and lasers. We look forward to working with you and providing you with the most effective treatments available for your specific needs.

Dark Circles Under the Eyes
Aesthetic Procedures
As a person ages, the skin covering your eyelids thins out which may cause the blood vessels to become more apparent. This gives the lower eyelids a darker appearance.
It is also possible that thin eyelids can be inherited. Dark eyelids can also be caused from swelling in your lower eyelids. When you're lying down, gravity causes fluid to
collect in your lower eyelids, which may create shadows below your eyes.
Dark Circles under the eyes are treated using SkinTyte by Sciton, BBL Photo Rejuvenation, Erbium Laser Resurfacing, and the utilization of a vascular laser. There can be one
to multiple treatments for this condition in order to optimize results. Proper skincare products can also diminish dark circles and improve the skin's texture.

The original name of rosacea was acne rosacea because of its uncommon stage involving skin pustules similar to common acne. The disease actually evolves in stages.
The early signs of rosacea are recurrent episodes of blushing that finally become persistent in dark-red erythema (abnormal redness) with facial spider veins. Patients with
this problem often have what is called "flushing". Rosacea is common in the 20's and 30's and peaks between the ages of 40 and 50 years. Rosacea is a fairly common disease, especially in fair-skinned people of Celtic or Northern
European heritage. Contributing factors
include a genetic disposition, gastrointestinal disturbances and bacteria; however, rosacea is almost always associated with sun exposure, so protection of the skin is important.
Rosacea patients often experience increased redness on the central face, less often on the neck and on the V-shaped area of the chest. These patients frequently "flush" which
is caused by numerous reasons including sun-exposure, heat, cold, exercise, chemical irritation, strong emotions, alcoholic beverages, hot drinks, and spices. Eventually, flushing
and blushing leads to permanent redness.
Treatment of rosacea typically requires several avenues of care. Protection against sunlight is foremost. There are topical medications such as Metrogel or Retin-A, but those have
proven to be only moderately successful. More severe disease requires treatment with topical and oral antibiotics. However, to resolve the redness, flushing, and facial spider veins
common with rosacea, treatment with a laser BBL Photofacial source is easily the best solution. The BBL system can deliver energy to the facial blood vessels without causing bruising,
resulting in resolution of these blood vessels. More importantly, the persistent flushing and blushing can now be significantly reduced and eliminated with BBL treatments. Patients can
experience periods of minimal to no flushing even when having an alcoholic beverage or a hot drink. Also, as an added benefit associated with treatment of the flushing, patients have
experienced improved texture of the skin similar to the results obtained with Photo Rejuvenation.
Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Center has the most advanced technology available on site. Our experienced medical aesthetic staff looks forward to providing you with the
best care available. Our consultations are always complimentary and our primary goals are to educate you in regards to your skin/condition and provide the most effective, proven solutions.

Hyperpigmentation
 |
| Before |

Aesthetic Procedures
- Chemical Peel
Normal skin contains cells called melanocytes that produce the brown skin-coloring pigment melanin. There are several conditions in which melanocytes are either abnormal
or abnormally distributed. A pale area of the skin is the result of fewer or less active melanocytes than usual, whereas a darker area (or area that tans more easily) indicates
more numerous or more active melanocytes.
Sometimes mistaken for a suntan, bronzing of the skin often develops starting at pressure points such as elbows, knuckles, and knees and spreading from there. It is also
seen in the creases of the feet and the palms of the hands. The bronze color can range from light (in fair skinned people) to dark with the intensity often a result of the underlying cause.
Hyperpigmentation can occur on the face, neck, hands, and chest. These are areas that are often visible, so our clients want them to look the best they can.
At Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Center, we treat hyperpigmentation with a variety of FDA approved lasers and light systems, as well as chemical peels, and advanced
skincare products. Results can often be seen after one treatment but normally require a series of treatments for maximum results.

Melasma is a dark skin discoloration normally found on sun-exposed areas of the face. It is a very common skin disorder. Though it can affect anyone, young women
with brownish skin tones are at greatest risk. Melasma is often associated with the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. It is especially common in pregnant women
(often called the Mask of Pregnancy) women who are taking oral contraceptives, and women taking hormone replacement therapy.
Melasma is effectively treated in our office utilizing Intense Pulsed Light/BBL light therapy, ablative lasers and utilization of specific skincare products.
Actinic Keratoses
Aesthetic Procedures
Actinic Keratoses (AKs) are rough, scaly patches on the skin caused by excessive exposure to the sun that may sometimes progress into dangerous skin cancers. More than 5 million
Americans live with these lesions, and far too many people ignore this condition. Doctors estimate that 40% of squamous cell carcinomas, the second leading cause of skin cancer deaths
in the United States, begin as AKs. For this reason, the American Cancer Society, The Skin Cancer Foundation and the American Academy of Dermatology all recommend that people with AKs
seek treatment immediately.
When AKs become larger and thicker, they are referred to as "hyperkeratotic" and should be treated by a physician. For non-hyperkaratotic AKs, successful treatments include laser therapy.
Cherry Angioma
Aesthetic Procedures
A cherry angioma is a benign skin growth that appears as a small, smooth, cherry-red bump. They are fairly common skin growths that vary in size. They can occur almost anywhere
on the body but usually develop on the trunk. They are most common after age 40.
Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation Center has multiple laser treatments for cherry angiomas. We use a vascular laser called the Sciton 1064nd:yag, and/or Intense Pulsed Light/BBL.
Usually only one-two treatments are needed for removal of the angioma.
